Ventures) will bring approximately 480,000 square feet of purpose-built logistics space to the Ottawa suburb of Kanata. The development is owned by RF Limited Partnership II, a joint venture among Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. Construction is slated for completion in Q4 -2024. The development is 51% pre-leased.
