Skyline Industrial REIT Purchases an Additional Property in Calgary, AB

[Guelph, ON – December 12, 2022]

On December 12, 2022, Skyline Industrial REIT acquired a newly developed two-tenant industrial property at 6575 68th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta.

The property, located in the Great Plains Industrial Park, comprises 301,400 square feet of industrial space on 14.14 acres. It is adjacent to 6600 72nd Ave. SE, a state-of-the-art industrial distribution center, currently 100% leased by Canadian Tire, that the REIT acquired in 2021.
