Alex LeLiever is the National Director of Leasing for Skyline Industrial REIT, leading leasing strategy across the REIT’s national industrial portfolio. In this role, he works closely with the Skyline Industrial REIT President to support investment decisions that drive portfolio growth, while ensuring strong tenant relationships and maximizing occupancy and revenue.
With a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Alex brings a strategic, forward-thinking approach to leasing. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners alike, including property management, brokers, and development to align leasing efforts with broader market trends and economic conditions. His passion lies in long-term planning—analyzing industry shifts and anticipating future market influences in order to position Skyline Industrial REIT for sustained success.
Before joining Skyline Industrial REIT’s leasing team in 2022, Alex managed a portfolio of office and industrial assets for a leading institutional landlord and worked as an office broker in a Top 5 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a licensed member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). Additionally, he contributed for five years to the Government Affairs Committee for NAIOP Calgary.
