Alex is responsible for developing and implementing goals and objectives that are in alignment with Skyline Industrial REIT’s leasing strategy. As Senior Leasing Manager, Alex works closely with tenants and brokers, building strong relationships in order to maximize the portfolio’s occupancy rate and revenue generation.
Alex joined Skyline Industrial REIT’s leasing team in 2022 and has more than seven years of experience in Commercial Real estate. Prior to joining Skyline, Alex managed a portfolio of Office and Industrial Assets with a high-profile institutional landlord. He also has experience as a broker.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax and is a licensed member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). He was previously a member (contributing five years) of the Government Affairs Committee for NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) Calgary.
