Chelsea is responsible for the internal business operations of Skyline Commercial Management Inc. (SCMI) for the Industrial REIT. In her role, she oversees a team of property administrators who provide support to field staff including portfolio managers and building operators of all commercial SCMI properties, totaling millions of square feet of light industrial space across Canada.
Chelsea joined Skyline in 2013 as a Human Resources intern and later that year was hired full-time as a Property Management Administrator for Skyline Living, the property manager for Skyline Apartment REIT. In 2016, she joined Skyline Commercial Management Inc. as a Senior Property Administrator, quickly progressing to Portfolio Manager and Business Operations Supervisor before moving into the role of Manager, Commercial Business Operations in 2022.
Chelsea believes that her experience in various roles within SCMI gives her a holistic view of operations and an understanding of where she can best offer support. She strives to provide superior customer service experience for Skyline Industrial REIT’s tenants while also maintaining operational efficiency.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Waterloo and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. She is currently working toward completing her Real Property Administrator (R.P.A) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She is a past board member of CMHA Waterloo-Wellington and volunteers with the Children’s Foundation of Guelph & Wellington’s Trees for Tots program.
