On Friday, September 18th, 2015, Skyline Commercial REIT entered Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, a city southeast of Montreal. The Commercial REIT purchased six industrial properties in the city, with a combined purchase price of $58.1 million, and combined square footage totaling 692,135 .

The five properties purchased in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC including: 500 Rue Saint-Louis, 595 Boulevard Industriel, 597 Boulevard Industriel, 601 Boulevard Industriel, and 603 Boulevard Industriel.
