Skyline Commercial REIT Purchases its Third Property in Windsor, ON

On Thursday, October 22nd, 2015, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased its third property in the city of Windsor, ON, at 6365 Hawthorne Drive. The  industrial property has 107,200 square feet of commercial space, with TRW Canada Limited as the tenant. The property was purchased for $8M.

Skyline Commercial REIT currently owns  nearly 225,000 square feet of commercial space in the city of Windsor. The REIT now comprises 76 properties in 20 cities across Ontario and Quebec, with over 4.7 million square feet of commercial space.
