5 Fleming Drive, Cambridge, ON, was purchased for $7.15M and has a total of 75,607 square feet of commercial space.17 Woodyatt Drive, Brantford, ON, was purchased for $2.9M and has a total of 72,527 square feet of commercial space.5 Cochrane Drive is the Commercial REIT’s first property in the community of Ayr, ON. The two-building property was purchased for $3M and has a total of 44,414 square feet of commercial space.Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT comprises 89 properties in 33 communities across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The portfolio has a total of more than 5.5M square feet of commercial space.
