Description
This project brings approximately 491,000 square feet of industrial space to the heart of Candiac, Quebec, with convenient access to Highways 15 & 30. This development is in compliance with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building Design Standard. Construction was completed in Q3 2024. The development, now 61% leased, is owned by joint venture RF Limited Partnership I, comprised of Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures.
