This project provides approximately 300,000 square feet of purpose-built industrial space to the city of Coteau-du-Lac, a suburb of Montreal, Quebec. Construction was completed in Q3 2024. The space is being marketed for lease. The Rue Leon-Malouin development is an RF Limited Partnership I joint venture with Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures.
