Bayers Lake Industrial Centre is being developed in partnership among Skyline Industrial REIT, Secure Capital Inc., Blackwood Partners, and Lindsay Construction. This multi-phase, Zero Carbon project will bring approximately 400,000 square feet to the well-located Bayers Lake Business Park. Situated at 125 & 265 Julius Boulevard, Bayers Lake Industrial Centre is centrally located within one of Atlantic Canada’s largest business parks, next door to a number of Halifax’s fastest growing communities. It is in close proximity to Halifax’s container terminals with superb transportation links. The property is currently under construction with a focus on low carbon energy building design. When complete, Bayers Lake Industrial Centre will be in compliance with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building Design Standard, with up to 400,000 square feet of efficient, sustainable, first-class space suitable for a wide variety of tenants.
Construction is slated for completion in Q4 2024. Building B is already substantially complete.
